It's an investment in your career; by improving your skills, you will get better scores in a psychometric test and pass the assessment centre getting you the job you want. It builds on your efforts in preparing a professional résumé. 

 

Can the training help if I only have one or two days before taking the psychometric test or assessment centre?
Yes. If you are a quick learner one day of training should be sufficient to improve your scores, but it is always better to take your time and practise more. If you don't learn as quickly even one day can help if used in the right way.  However if you are invited to take a psychometric test and have only one day to prepare, see if there is an option to postpone the test. In general, employers don’t view postponement negatively.

 

Shouldn’t the employer see me for who I am?  

Our training won't change your personality or your characteristics. It will help you to emphasise your strengths and enable you to be at your best when taking either a psychometric test or assessment centre. The training reduces the chance that when facing an unfamiliar psychometric test or assessment centre you are not able to demonstrate your true capabilities. 

  

Can I take the practice tests more than once?

Yes, you can take the test as many times as you need to gain complete confidence and improve your results. Each time you take an aptitude test (abstract, verbal or numerical) you will get a different test.

  

IPC UK provides customised tests for each profession, and personalised reports highlighting relevant strengths and weaknesses. We also coach you on how to emphasise your strengths. We can also offer one-on-one personal coaching.

 

Yes our reports don’t use psychological jargon unlike much of what  available.  Using easy straightforward language ensures that you will understand your test results, their implications, and what you should improve. All of our reports and guides are written in accessible, everyday language.

  

Yes our online training for the psychometric testing is designed to suit both high- and slow-speed Internet connections, so you will not be disadvantaged by having a slow Internet connection.
